Our company is located on the Phuket Island, in Thailand. All the products your order are send directly from here, where the Tiger Balm is product.

How long will my order take to arrive ?

Your order will be send under 48 hours after the receiving your payment by PayPal. Like the package will be send from Thailand, it will take around 5 to 20 days before you receive it.

Will I have problem with customs ?

On each package send, we put a "Customs Declaration" called CN22. We check the mention "Gift", like this, you will have no customs fees to pay. We accept order all around the world, but we can not be held responsible if your package is blocked by the customs of your country. If it happens to you, the package will be returned to us between 1 to 3 months after. We will have to wait the return of it before any refund. Also, you will not have a full refund. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

How safe is my personal information ?

All your personal information will be safe by Paypal, we will just receive your address for send your order and email for contact you.

Do you give medical advice ?

No - we are not to be on position to offer any medical advice. If you have any such queries, please contact your personal physician. If you want to know which product you need for your problem, please consult the page plan to this effect.
